Covid-19: Changing Culture? Ticketing terms & conditions

  1. Payment for conference tickets will be accepted by credit/debit card only. Please note we are unable to accept payment by cheque or invoice
  2. In the event you are no longer able to attend, please contact no later than Monday 1st November for a refund minus booking fee. Refund requests received later than this date are unable to be processed. 
  3. We are unable to offer discounts to students or group bookings.
  4. Once a ticket has been purchased, we are unable to change the name of the attendee as it appears on the ticket. Please ensure the correct name of the conference attendee is input at the time of booking. This means we are unable to swap tickets in the event of the original attendee being unable to attend. 
  5. A limited number of free tickets are available for freelance/unwaged cultural practitioners. Please fill out this form by Wednesday 10th November. A member of the conference team will verify your form and contact you with details on how to access your free ticket and register for the conference. Please note these tickets are very limited and once all available tickets have been redeemed we will be unable to issue any more. 
  6. The Covid-19: Changing Culture? team will make every effort to deliver the programme of events as described but reserves the right to make any necessary changes and will notify delegates accordingly.
