Sarah Boiling

Sarah is a freelance consultant focused on bringing culture closer to people though research, evaluation, facilitation, and supporting organisational change. She works across the culture, community and heritage sectors with clients including the Children’s Charity Coram, Riverside Studios, Arts Council England’s CPP programme, Tate, and the Film Audience Network.

Sarah is currently leading the evaluation team for Creative Civic Change  an experimental funding programme supporting 15 communities across England to shape, lead and commission arts and creative interventions, making positive social change where they live.
