Abigail Gilmore
Abi is a Senior Lecturer, Arts Management & Cultural Policy at the Institute for Cultural Practices, University of Manchester. Her research is on culture policy, participation and place and she is a Co-Investigator with the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre, leading the cultural ecosystem strand for the ‘Impacts of Covid-19 on the cultural sector project.
